    1. Select the Live Chat feature located on the left-hand side of the Support Screen (available M-F, 9AM - 6PM Eastern Time).
    2. Submit an online support request form from within eBridge.
      • Click the “Support” link located in the bottom right corner of the page.
      • Enter your e-mail address and support issue and click “Send.”
      • The support team will respond to your e-mail within one hour during normal business hours (M-F, 9AM - 6PM Eastern Time).
