About eBridge
Since 2001, eBridge's online document management system has helped businesses eliminate
the waste, risk and inefficiencies of paper-based records and processes. The added
benefit of better security, information privacy, any time remote access and a rock-solid
plan for business continuity and disaster recovery has made eBridge the provider
of choice for more than 1,600 businesses and 50,000+ daily users.
We have second-to-none services
eBridge boosts day-to-day operating efficiency, then takes it one step further:
We are a critical component of our clients' business-continuity planning. With our
services, you can automatically create redundant backups of critical records so
that in the event of a disaster or other business interruption, you can be
up and running again in a matter of hours. Our enterprise-class data center
ensures you'll always have access to our applications, our services and,
most importantly, your data.
We are our own client
eBridge develops its applications in-house - and we practice what we preach. As
a nearly paperless business, our accounting, payables, HR and sales departments
use our hosted document management services to run our day-to-day operations. And,
as an environmentally conscious company and a
GREENTampa!-designated firm, eBridge has gone the extra mile to make sure
we conduct ourselves as a good citizen of our community and the world.
We give back

Every Christmas, we “adopt” children through The Children's Home and
make sure they receive each item on their wish lists, offering both presents and
financial support.

In 2006, eBridge served on the logistics committee for the Tampa Bay Making Strides
Against Breast Cancer (MSABC) Walk. Our entire company helped plan and execute the
event, and each year since, eBridge has been a silver-level sponsor of the
walk event and coordinated a team of walkers to help raise funds for the organization.

In 2010, the city of Tampa awarded eBridge’s newly refurbished headquarters
with the GREENTampa! designation. We strive for maximum sustainability by aggressively
recycling and eliminating all paper, including replacing our disposable beverage
and food service items in favor of traditional reusable items - every employee has
their own coffee cup and reusable Tervis tumbler.

eBridge sponsors the Tampa Tribune’s NIE program to promote the use of media
in classroom.
On top of all that, we encourage our employees to participate in outside causes - whether
social, charitable or professional -- and fully support their efforts to give
back to the Tampa Bay community.
